I'm Back
I've known that you've missed me. And I am truly touched that none of bothered to comment it and let me know. You guys are the bet followers I ever had. :D
I've been bored lately really bored, and I'm about to get even more bored! School's starting, so it's back to Harvard for me. I have been gone for about 4 months. That's a long time. I think you deserve to know why. I had to start a new blog about ranting for my English class, and ranting is hard, it took me a ton of posts to get the hang of it. The Snicker Book will not be ready for a long time so you'll have to hold your horses on that being ready. A story for you viewers to read, will be posted in a couple of days... Maybe. Anyhow I've decided to come back to you all. So as you can see I'm back!!! Not that any of you care.

Be Wise About What You Joke About
I've spent a lot of time teaching you how to tell jokes, what jokes are good to tell, and some good genres of jokes. Yet, I've never told you about the most important aspect of jokes...Telling appropriate jokes. I'm not talking about telling school appropriate and mature jokes(though, you should), I'm talking about jokes that make fun of someone, or insult an aspect of someone's life. This will obviously hurt somebody's feelings, which will either result in them not talking or interacting with you for or long time, or forever. You should never joke about someone's religion, beliefs, habits, feelings, and personal identity. In other words, you shouldn't make fun of someone, because of who they are. In fact you shouldn't make fun of someone at all!
A common form of making fun of somebody, is gossip, or rumors. The facts that arise in gossip, are usually either not true, or a deep dark secret that the gossiper found out through vicious, or mysterious means. This is not joking(though the gossiper may think so), it is just plain bullying. And that is not right at all. So be wise, and joke nice, and we will all live happily ever after, because if you do you shall not pass onto this blog!
Gandalf is enforcing that rule! |

The Snicker Book
Hello, readers, and boy do we have something for you today. I've decided to write a book, with some friends of mine! This is a book full of funny stories, some of which I wrote earlier in my, elementary school years! The book is going to be released, in a PDF format. Note, that this isn't an officially published book by, Scholastic, or Little Brown. Plus, this book will take a large amount of time to write. So, we hope you order our free book, via email. Once we announce that the book is finished, of course.
We are now proud to announce the winner of our Comment Your Joke contest... Louis Cartaciano! His joke is the tenth comment down on the Daily Jokes page. This is the blog by Louis Cartaciano about gaming and more. He should email me, and tell me his chosen, comic topic. Since, nobody did the Written Jokes contest, I can't announce a winner. Both contests, will start again and end on March 11. Hilarious Clinton out, peace!

An Epic Laughing Journey
There are many television shows out their that are funny. In fact if I wrote a post about every single one, I'd have enough posting material for a whole lifetime! After all more and more TV shows are being aired, and humor is one of the key factors of any show. What I want to talk about is a show with a mix of anime and humor, which to me is slightly rare. Of course lots of anime shows are funny, just look at the funny anime picture example in the top left of this post.
I really want to talk about a personal favorite show of mine. It's called Avatar: The Last Airbender and aired on Nickelodeon from 2005-2008. This show is about a boy who was frozen in an iceberg who is apparently now 112 years old. The ultimate goal is for Aang (the Avatar) to master all 4 elements in order to defeat the Fire Lord Ozai. It is a series that at first was not as funny, but progressed to be one of the greatest family friendly drama-comedies of all time! To get a better understanding of the show, watch the first episode.

Horrible Visual Puns, Are they Horrible?
We have all seen this (in most people's opinions) the most horrible form of jokes. The "Horrible" Visual Pun. This post will investigate these so called "horrible" puns, to see if they are really horrible, or if people just think they're lame (same thing really).
On many occasions visual puns were mainly used in TV shows; usually just to foreshadow the character "breaking the fourth wall" a couple of seconds later. For example: in the show "The Fairly Odd Parents" Timmy Turner (the main character) wishes the school to be like a find it book. So when an alien wants to kill him with a ray gun, she says "Nice to meet you!" but somehow has a giant sausage in her hand, prompting Timmy Turner to say "Thank you horrible visual pun." This shows that visual puns when mentioned to be "horrible" can be useful for setting up different types of joke situations.
We now look at the other side of the story. "Nice to 'meat'" you is pretty lame. And visual puns are sometimes unrealistic like the one in the picture. And the good visual puns are becoming overused and cliched, so they're becoming horrible.
So, I think the "horrible" is really what you think about certain visual pun jokes. Tell me your opinion in the comments section under this post.
